Before you register, please visit amaroo.org and read the full details about Amaroo and the accommodation and transport options available.
Including your smartcard number in your registration is the best way to ensure smooth entry to the event. If you do not have a smartcard or a smartcard number for a pending application, you may register, but please apply for your smartcard and obtain at least your smartcard number as soon as possible. If you register with no smartcard and later receive a smartcard number, please update your booking online or contact the helpdesk to do so. If you have lost your smartcard but remember the number and your name as written on the card, you may still answer "Yes" to the Smartcard question and enter the details.
After registering you will receive an acknowledgment email with a receipt of payment. Please note that your smartcard number will be checked with the smartcard database before you will be sent a final confirmation.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Supporting Amaroo Through On-Site Accommodation and the Conference Fee
We've worked hard to keep registration and on-site accommodation affordable while also ensuring that it provides the necessary funds to support both the event and the maintenance of Amaroo throughout the year.
By choosing to stay on-site, you directly contribute to Amaroo's sustainability and success. Your conference and accommodation fees are essential in covering year-round expenses and the logistical needs of our events, helping us ensure the success of this event and many more in the future.
The costs of putting on an Amaroo event have risen substantially, including the need for many more hired staff. Most of our regular volunteers are getting older, and are no longer doing as much as they have done in years past. For most attendees the main focus is to enjoy the event.
However we understand that the Conference Fee might be a challenge for some guests. We want as many as possible to be part of the Event, so please reach out to us to discuss flexible options for the Conference Fee. Contact our team at [email protected].

Accommodation
If you choose to stay offsite, you must book your own hotel or other accommodation. If you choose one of the onsite options, accommodation is provided - except for Swagman (bring your own tent) and Motorhome, where the pitch/space is provided but you must bring your own or hire the vehicle independently and drive it to Amaroo.
Transportation

You will need to provide your smartcard number, your name as it appears on your card and your date of birth in the boxes which appear below. Date of birth is required only in case any question arises during verification.
