Welcome to Registration for Amaroo 2025
Before you register, please visit amaroo.org and read the full details about Amaroo and the accommodation and transport options available.
Including your Smart Card Number in your registration is the best way to ensure smooth entry to the event. You may register without it, but please apply for your Smart Card and get your number as soon as possible. If you register with no Smart Card and later receive a Smart Card Number, we will update your booking.
After registering, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a receipt of payment. Please note that your Smart Card Number and name-on-card will be verified with the Smart Card database. We'll get back to you if there are any issues.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Accommodation
If you choose to stay offsite, you must book your own hotel or other accommodation. If you choose one of the onsite options, accommodation is provided - except for Swagman (bring your own tent) and Motorhome, where the pitch/space is provided but you must bring your own or hire the vehicle independently and drive it to Amaroo.
